Sessions can be rescheduled 72 hours before session date by phone, text message or email. If it's outside of the 72 hours the client will forfeit the original deposit and will have to place a new deposit on the new session date.
Cancelations are non-refundable.
Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to session. A $35 late fee will be assessed if you are between 10-20 minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and will be nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once booked, Appointment fees are nonrefundable, and are subject to a $65 rescheduling fee if you reschedule your reserved spot within 60 days of your scheduled session. A $80 rescheduling fee is assessed if session is rescheduled after 15 minutes up to 29 minutes of session start. Fee not applicable if session is cancelled due to weather or photographer canceling. This being said, Photographer cannot be held responsible for weather. If weather is not acceptable to client, but not a cause to reschedule, all standard rescheduling fees apply otherwise Appointment fee is forfeited as a cancellation. Services are Non refundable.
*Mini Sessions*
Due to the nature and compressed time frame of mini sessions, clients are only allowed to be five minutes late for a fifteen minute session, or ten minutes late for a thirty-minute session before the session is cancelled. If the weather does not permit for the completion of the session, i.e. has to be rescheduled due to the weather, the photographer will make all reasonable effort to accommodate the client's schedule. The client will be given dates and times that are available on the photographer's calendar. If the client is unable to make any of the available times, the client can reschedule within 90 days of the original date with no additional rescheduling fees. After 90 days the original Appointment fee is void. Again, the photographer is not responsible for the weather, and if the client refuses to reschedule the session, the Appointment fee is then forfeited
